Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 DOE + £3,000-£9,000 annual bonus potential

This is more than just resourcing - it's a strategic, relationship-led role where you'll partner with senior stakeholders and shape the future of leadership teams.

• Leading the front-end of executive search projects: research, market mapping, and candidate engagement.
• Collaborating closely with directors and clients to define briefs and manage the full search lifecycle.
• Building and nurturing long-term client relationships through a consultative, value-driven approach.
• Supporting business growth by identifying and placing exceptional senior leaders and directors.

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within executive search or senior-level B2B placements.
• A track record of building and managing your own desk or client base.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• A proactive, organised, and commercially minded approach.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
