Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Location: Warwick / 3 days per week on-site (mandatory)

Contract Type: 3 months with possibility for extension

Overview

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to support the delivery of recruitment activity across a range of roles. Working closely with hiring managers and the wider People team, you will manage the recruitment lifecycle, identify suitable candidates and ensure a positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

This role will suit an experienced recruiter who is confident managing multiple vacancies, sourcing candidates proactively and providing recruitment support within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from vacancy briefing through to offer stage.
Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and provide appropriate sourcing support.
Create and publish engaging job adverts across relevant recruitment channels.
Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment databases and professional networks.
Review applications, screen candidates and support shortlisting activity.
Coordinate interviews and maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the process.
Provide recruitment guidance and support to hiring managers.
Manage candidate relationships to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Support offer processes, including candidate communication and negotiation.
Ensure recruitment activity follows agreed processes, policies and compliance requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate attraction approaches.
Support recruitment projects and initiatives as required.Essential Skills & Experience

Previous experience working within recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience managing multiple vacancies and candidates simultaneously.
Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills.
Good understanding of recruitment processes from attraction through to offer.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to build effective relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise competing workloads.
Experience using recruitment systems, LinkedIn and online sourcing tools.
Understanding of UK recruitment practices and employment legislation.Apply now!
