Recruitment Specialist – Chichester

Up to £30,000 + Commission (OTE £45,000)

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join a growing team in Chichester, specialising in recruiting professionals across care, early years and education.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter, or someone with strong sales/customer-facing experience looking to develop a career in recruitment.

The Role:

* Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to placement

* Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and networking

* Build and maintain strong candidate relationships

* Work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand their requirements

* Conduct candidate screening and interviews

* Manage multiple vacancies and recruitment campaigns

* Meet recruitment and business development targets

About You:

* Previous recruitment experience is desirable, but not essential

* Experience within care, early years, education or a similar sector is highly beneficial

* Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills

* Target-driven, organised and commercially focused

* Proactive approach with the ability to work independently

* Full training and support provided

Package: Up to £30,000 + commission (OTE £45,000)

Location: Chichester – office based.
