Locations; Bedford, Northampton, Leicester , Peterborough & Birmingham
Hours: Monday to Friday , 8.30am – 4.30pm
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 D.OE basic salary + uncapped commission

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter who is passionate about delivering excellent service, building strong client relationships, and managing a successful temporary workforce. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, ensuring both clients and candidates receive a professional and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to client requests for temporary workers.

* Source, screen, interview, and assess suitable candidates.

* Build and maintain a strong pool of available temporary workers.

* Develop a thorough understanding of client businesses, their industries, and workplace cultures.

* Manage all candidate and client documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

* Negotiate pay rates and terms with clients and candidates.

* Previous recruitment experience, ideally within temporary staffing.
