Recruitment System Administrator Location: Home Based We are looking to recruit a Recruitment System Administrator to join our team who provide Recruitment Support Services to major NHS Trusts that use our Trac product - https://www.civica.com/en-gb/product-pages/applicant-tracking-system/ This is a home based role and you will be responsible for providing support to NHS Trusts throughout the UK both over the phone and via email.

Key Responsibilities: Operating the Trac Recruitment System to assist in the management of recruitment campaigns Providing telephone support to the client’s Recruitment Staff, Recruiting Managers and Applicants.

Managing email communication with the client’s Recruitment Staff, Recruiting Managers and Applicants.

Accurate and timely entry of data onto the Trac database and associated websites Monitoring the use of the system by the client’s staff and following up with them when delays in the processes are occurring.

Countersigning Disclosure & Barring Service applications Any other duties as may be required from time to time Essential Role Requirements: Confident and competent in using computers and the internet.

Customer service experience Able to concentrate and manage a busy workload Careful and accurate in data entry work Good standard of written & spoken English Able to work effectively with a range of our client’s staff, some of whom will be at very senior levels
