The opportunity

You will step straight onto a hugely warm desk with plenty of live roles ready to deliver on from day one. That means you can start placing and earning quickly.

Initially will recruit across permanent and contract/interim positions for:

CNC and Manual Machinists

*

CAD CAM and Offline Programmers

*

NC Programmers

*

Manufacturing Engineers

*

Design Engineers

As your knowledge and expertise evolves, so will the disciplines you recruit for, giving your further exposure to a variety of disciplines within an advanced manufacturing business.

You will also go through rigorous internal training on the key disciplines within engineering, so you understand the machines, processes and language your candidates and clients work with every day. The goal is to put you firmly on the path to becoming a subject matter expert in your chosen field.

Proactively build strong talent pools and networks of candidates within your chosen niche

Technically assess candidates through a thorough screening process, judging their capability against current and future opportunities

Build a digital presence with our audience, sharing market insight, intelligence and the latest news from your industry

Spot and develop leads and opportunities for future growth

*

Manage and grow relationships with existing and new clients

*

Utilise AI through various workflows, allowing you to be more productive, more accurate and as a result, earn more money

What you will get

Competitive salary: £27,500 - £40,000 p.a. depending on experience + excellent bonus structure, with uncapped commission and accelerator incentives based on billings

Hybrid working: Tuesday to Thursday in the office and Monday and Friday at home

*

Flexi time: Starting anytime between 7.30 am and 9.30 am and finishing anytime between 4.30 pm and 6.30 pm
