Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of recruitment professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent from across Europe. Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and clients. Maintain and expand our network of IT professionals and industry contacts to build a robust talent pipeline. Collaborate with the Directors and other Team Leaders to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector. Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to maintain our competitive edge.
The requirements:
Proven experience as a Team Leader or Senior Recruiter in the IT recruitment industry, with a strong track record of achieving targets. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Strong understanding of the IT sector and its various roles, technologies, and trends. Experience working in a multinational environment, with an understanding of European. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, capable of building strong relationships with both candidates and clients. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
What we offer:
Competitive salary with uncapped 25% commission to our permanent consultants and 22,5% commission to our contract consultants, with an additional commission for every consultant you manage as a team leader.
