Recruitment Team Leader- Delivery

Offering a basic salary of £40,000 - £50,000 p.a. plus uncapped commission. We are currently recruiting for a senior level Delivery Consultant looking for your next career move or an experienced Billing Manager looking to develop your skills in the renewable and sustainable energy sector. What You'll Be Doing

As a Delivery Team Leader, you are crucial to our growth, focusing on building the pipeline of candidates that drive our business whilst developing the team around you for success:

Team Management: drive your team to achieve financial and activity related targets.
Team Development: Coach and mentor your team to deliver a successful high performance culture.
Team Reporting: report on team activity to the Head of Sales to support business planning and manage day to day operations.
Vacancy Management: Measure vacancy quality and manage team workflow.
Candidate Sourcing: Using our internal database and job boards to proactively find and attract high-calibre candidates.
Candidate Management: Overseeing recruitment processes and managing candidate experience alongside our Recruitment Partners.
Client Management: Liaising with clients to support your Recruitment Partners.

Relevant Experience: Previous experience in recruitment is essential. Desirable experience in team management.
