BCMGlobal is on the lookout for a Redemptions Officer to join our dynamic Redemptions Primary Servicing Team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth servicing of residential mortgage redemptions — supporting customers and clients alike with professionalism, care, and accuracy.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing the redemption process for mortgages and loans across all residential portfolios
• Ensuring services are delivered in line with SLAs, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Releasing security and Title Deeds accurately and on time
• Maintaining control and tracking of Title Deeds and loan file movements
• Upholding our high standards of customer service and compliance

What we’re looking for:

• A strong sense of integrity and a desire to "do the right thing" Exceptional communication skills — both written and verbal
• A team player with a proactive approach and a keen eye for detail
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
