Referral Manager Required

Hours: Full Time (Remote)

Location: Birmingham

Pay: £35,000 per annum

Venn Group are looking for a Referral Manager for a Housing Charity in Birmingham.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Responsible for sourcing good referrals, assessing them and then placing them into the most appropriate property/ community to best suit their needs
• Organise and procure tenants
• Ensure all void properties re let out with long term reliable tenants

The successful candidate will have:

• Demonstratable experience in a similar role
• Full UK Driving Licence
• DBS
• Existing knowledge of Birmingham Referrals
• Own vehicle
