Refrigeration Engineer

We're recruiting an experienced Mobile Commercial Refrigeration Engineer to join an expanding team. In this role, you'll work across foodservice, hospitality, and food & drink retail environments, carrying out maintenance and repairs on a wide range of chilled and frozen storage and display equipment for a diverse portfolio of blue‑chip clients.

This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing position suited to an engineer who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working with high‑quality commercial refrigeration systems.

Key Responsibilities

Install, service, and repair commercial refrigeration systems
Diagnose faults and carry out effective breakdown repairs
Ensure all work meets industry regulations and internal safety standards
Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams regarding work completed and recommendations
Maintain accurate records and documentation

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Candidates must hold a current, valid F-Gas Certificate (Applicants without this will not be considered).
The ideal applicant will possess 10 years'+ experience working in the commercial refrigeration sector, specifically within restaurants and hospitality environments but other sectors may be considered
Strong understanding of commercial refrigeration systems in the foodservice/retails sector.
Professional, reliable, and capable of high performance, even during peak summer periods.
