Refrigeration Engineer - F Gas Qualified!

We are proud to be working, again, with this very well established Swindon Company with a brand new role!
Now seeking a

Refrigeration Engineer

to join their successful team as they have expanded their offering to clients and will now be carrying out refurbishment of refrieration systems. These systems are closely aligned with their other products in the vending and drink dispensing markets. The role is offering a salary circa £35,000 per annum with 20 days holiday, plus 3 days over the Christmas period and other benefits such as contributory pension and a health plan giving you monies off dentristry, eye tests etc.
This role will be based Monday to Friday from the workshop in Swindon. This is not field based work. The workshop offers a break out area and kitchen facilities with and the hours are:
8.40am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.40 to 4.10pm on a Friday with 40 minutes for lunch
The main responsibilities will include:
The inspecition of returned systems for refurbishment
Thorough cleaning of all components
Investigation of faults and replacement of component parts
F Gas certification
Refrigerant recovery and charging as needed
Writing of detailed reports of work carried out and checks made
Assisting in the writing of works instructions
Testing and commissioning
What you will need to carry out this role...
You will be experienced in all aspects of refrigeration servicing
FGAS Qualified C&G
NVQ Level 2 or 3 Refridgeration & Air Conditioning
A thorough understanding of operation and fault finding of all aspects of refridgeration systems and components
Be able to quickly and concisely assimilate details of products and applications
Used to working independently or as part of a team.
