A well-established contractor based in London (with over 25 years of success) is looking to add a skilled Refrigeration/ AC Engineer to their growing and friendly team!

They’ve built a strong crew of 55 (including teams working on Central London projects) and have a very low staff turnover – people genuinely enjoy the team spirit and tend to stay long-term. Interview feedback is consistently positive, and they’ve got a high offer acceptance rate – no low-ball offers or time-wasting.

?? What’s on offer:

• £35K to £55K salary (depending on experience)
• Annual bonus up to 8% of your salary

• Support with ongoing training (Daikin, Mitsubishi, QLS, etc.)

?? The role:

• Mobile service and reactive breakdowns across London and nearby areas
• Working on VRVs/VRFs, splits, AHUs (mainly Daikin, Mitsubishi, Toshiba)
• Large-scale commercial systems - Offices, Restaurants and more
• All jobs managed digitally via tablet

They’re looking for an F-Gas qualified Refrigeration bias engineer with at least 1–2 years’ experience, ideally based within commutable distance of London. If you’re after a long-term home with excellent earning potential and the chance to grow into supervisory roles (with company-funded holidays – recent trip was to Abu-Dhabi!), this is one to seriously consider.
