Start Times: Between 6:00 AM – 7:30 AM | 8–10 Hour Shifts

3M Resourcing is proud to be working with the local authority to recruit a Refuse and Waste Loader for kerbside waste and recycling collections. We're seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and physically fit individuals to help keep our neighbourhoods clean, safe, and green.

About the Role

As a Refuse and Waste Loader, you'll work as part of a small team, supporting a driver to collect refuse and recycling from both residential and commercial properties.

This is a hands-on, physical role suited to those who enjoy working outdoors and staying active throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

* Collect and load bins and recycling containers from kerbside locations.

* Work efficiently and safely in all weather conditions.

* Navigate routes alongside the driver and access collection points.

* Ensure waste is handled and disposed of correctly.

* Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times.
