Refuse Driver

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Refuse Driver to join Northwest Leicestershire District on an initial 3-month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and empty wheeled bins, boxes etc in accordance with the collection round sheets. Deliver and collect bins as required and carry out other refuse collection or recycling duties as instructed

Ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy before leaving the depot each day. Wash and clean the vehicle as directed

Ensure that the vehicle is not loaded over the legal limit.

Essential Requirements

*

Current, clean Category C Vocational Licence

*

Previous experience as a refuse driver
