Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am–4:00pm

We are currently recruiting for Refuse Loaders to join a busy waste and recycling operation in Maidstone.

The RoleYou will work as part of a refuse collection crew, helping to collect waste from residential and commercial properties.

Duties will include:

Loading bins onto the refuse collection vehicle
Working as part of a team with the driver and other loaders
Collecting and emptying waste bins
Following designated collection routes
Working safely and following site procedures
Maintaining good standards of health and safety
Manual handling throughout the shiftRequirements
Previous refuse/waste experience is preferred but not essential
Physically fit due to the manual nature of the role
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Good team-working skills
Good understanding of health and safetyWhat’s on Offer
