Regional Building Surveyor

We are seeking a Regional Building Surveyor to manage a portfolio of residential properties, delivering surveys, inspections, and planned maintenance projects across the region. You will play a key role in ensuring homes are safe, compliant, and maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out property inspections and condition surveys.

* Diagnose building defects and recommend remedial works.

* Prepare specifications, schedules of work, and reports.

* Manage contractors and monitor quality on site.

* Oversee planned maintenance, refurbishment, and compliance projects.

* Support disrepair cases, void properties, and capital investment programmes.

* Liaise with residents, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.

About You:

* Experience within social housing, local authority, consultancy, or residential property sectors.

* Strong knowledge of building construction, repairs, and maintenance.

* Ability to manage projects from survey through to completion.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
