  • Experience working within an operational, commercial or service delivery environment.
  • Contract management experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Confidence presenting information and influencing decision-making.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.

  • Repairs and maintenance background.
  • Experience handling complaints, escalations or regulatory enquiries.
  • Experience supporting service managers or operational teams in a leadership, advisory or performance improvement capacity.

This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact across a diverse and rewarding service, working with experienced leaders and colleagues who are passionate about delivering excellent outcomes for residents. You will be empowered to challenge, improve and innovate, helping to shape how services are delivered across the region.

If you are commercially minded, naturally curious, confident working with stakeholders at all levels and motivated by continuous improvement, apply today and help us deliver services that make a real difference.
