Regional Deputy Care Manager

Our client, a trusted and established group of care homes, is looking for a Regional Deputy Care Manager to support the delivery of high-quality care across its services. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced deputy looking to broaden their impact in a regional, compliance-driven role.
The successful candidate will play a key part in maintaining high standards across the group through internal audits, training delivery, and quality improvement initiatives—helping to ensure residents receive safe, person-centred care in every location.
This is a field-based, compliance-led position for someone with a passion for quality assurance and training within social care. The Regional Deputy Care Manager will work across several care homes, collaborating with local teams to strengthen practices, uphold regulatory standards, and share best practice across services.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Deputy Home Manager within a care home setting
At least 1 year of experience in delivering training to care teams
Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) – with a willingness to work towards Level 5
A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between homes as needed
Based within 1 hour or 60 miles of Head Office
A proactive, supportive approach with strong attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities
Produce internal monthly compliance reports and conduct audits across homes
Monitor, maintain, and support improvement in care quality, documentation, and regulatory compliance
Deliver training and development sessions for care teams to support best practice
Work alongside local managers to support operational excellence and safe service delivery
Identify and escalate areas for improvement, working collaboratively to develop solutions
Support new initiatives and rollouts, ensuring consistent implementation across services
