Job Title: Regional Audiology Coordinator
Location: Remote (North UK or South UK – 2 positions available)
Reports To: Area Manager
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to £30,000
We are looking for two organised and proactive Regional Audiology Coordinators to join our growing team – one covering the North UK region and one covering the South UK region.
This is a pivotal role where you’ll support a regional team of Area Managers and Hearing Aid Dispensers (HADs). Your focus will be on ensuring efficient diary management, driving operational performance, supporting commercial activity, and enhancing the overall patient experience. Working remotely, you will be a key link between patients, partners, and our clinical teams.
Diary & Operational Management
Manage and optimise the diaries of a team of Hearing Aid Dispensers.
Support Area Managers with scheduling new clinics, reallocating resources, and managing absences.
Ensure daily schedules are full and efficient to maximise clinic productivity.
Carry out pre-calls to confirm appointments and reduce no-shows.
Amend appointments with minimal disruption to patients and clinical teams.
Liaise with optical partners to coordinate clinic space, appointment flow, and cross-functional communication.
Commercial Support
Contact patients who have been tested but not yet purchased to encourage follow-up bookings.
Call recall patients to schedule appropriate appointments.
Assist HADs with identifying and implementing improvements in diary efficiency.
Patient Support & Administration
Handle non-clinical patient queries, including bookings, consumable orders, and general enquiries.
Deliver excellent customer service by phone and email.
Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues that may impact patients or clinical staff.
We are looking for someone who is:
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Confident managing multiple diaries and coordinating resources.
A strong communicator with great customer service skills.
Proactive, solution-focused, and able to adapt to changing demands.
Comfortable working remotely with regional teams and external partners.
