Regional Digital Delivery Lead

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a regional digital delivery lead to join a leading specialist water firm, in a permanent position. You will be required to work in a hybrid arrangement with 3 days a week working from our client’s office in Preston.

This role will offer the opportunity to work on exciting projects, whilst leading the digital agenda and supporting project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

-Drive digital delivery across projects, embedding tools like 3D modelling and digital field management.

-Lead change management, supporting rollout of digital initiatives and promoting a digital-first culture.

-Ensure collaboration, aligning teams, clients, and supply chains to streamline data use.

-Monitor performance, ensuring compliance and tracking digital success across projects.

What we are looking for:

-Proven experience in leading change management and digital transformation.

-Knowledge of ISO 19650 and engineering delivery, ideally in Water or Utilities.

-Skilled in deploying digital tools like 3D modelling, scanning, and asset management.

-Strong communicator with ability to engage and support teams at all levels.

-Self-motivated and eager to learn new digital and technical skills.

-Relevant qualifications desirable, including BIM certification and professional membership.
