Job Description - Regional Director

Looking for a fresh and exciting challenge? We have been retained by a major Contractor operating throughout the south to secure the services of an Established Business Unit Director, with a demonstrable track record of leading a business unit of circa Â£100m in the commercial, Residential and leisure sectors.

Requirements

We are seeking a driven and experienced business leader, with specific experience in the New Build Commercial, Residential and Leisure sectors, comfortable in leading and motivating high performing commercial, operational and technical teams to achieve commercial, quality and safety standards.

The business unit operates in predominantly the Surrey & Sussex region, and we are seeking candidates with a track record in the region.

Ideal candidates will be from a similar tier one contractor, and have a strong record of delivery and a drive and ambition to grow this business unit further. As part of a large group the opportunity for future development and progression is excellent
