Regional Operations Director – Education Catering

Location: South Coast, Surrey, Berkshire & Home Counties
Salary: £80,000 + Car Allowance

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Operations Director to join a well-established contract catering company renowned for delivering fresh, food-led services across the education sector.

Working closely with the Managing Director, you will lead a team of Operations Managers, oversee a large portfolio of school contracts and drive operational excellence, client retention and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and develop a team of Operations Managers.

Build strong client relationships and maximise contract retention.

Drive operational standards, food quality and service delivery.

Manage financial performance, budgets and profitability.

Identify opportunities for growth, innovation and continuous improvement.

About You

Proven senior leadership experience within contract catering, ideally in education or B&I.

Strong multi-site operational and people management skills.

Excellent commercial acumen and financial management experience.

A track record of client retention and operational excellence.
