Role: Regional Director Child Care 10 PQE+
Location: Manchester or Blackburn
Salary: Competitive depending on experience

The Candidate:
* Experienced Solicitor: 10+ years PQE in childcare law, with a Law Society's Children Law Accreditation (Child Panel).
* Proven Leader: A track record of managing and mentoring legal teams.
* Expert Advocate: Strong experience in public law children cases and private law family matters, with exceptional representation skills.
* Relationship Builder: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and stakeholders.
* Strategic Thinker: Able to set a vision, lead the way, and contribute to the firm's success.
* Empathetic Professional: A commitment to guiding clients through complex and emotional situations with care and expertise.

An established following, and experience in networking/business development is essential
