Job Description - Regional Field Support Agent

â Liaising with customers to troubleshoot and diagnose issues remotely

â Answering calls out of hours on a rota basis

â Applying fixes and performing maintenance tasks on customer EPOS
systems

â Training external or internal users of all levels to use our software and
systems

â Provide IT technical support and assistance to group employees.

â Selling merchandise and other products to existing clients.

â Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

â Self-motivated, able to use own initiative and confidence to question.

â Eï¬ective team worker and able to deal and work with people of all levels.

â Proactive with good problem-solving skills.

â Excellent organisation and time management skills to meet set targets and
deadlines

â Working collaboratively with internal technical and project teams to solve
customer issues
