We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Head of SHEQ to join a leading design and build provider supporting the Severn Trent Water framework in the East Midlands. This pivotal role involves shaping SHEQ strategy, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a safety-driven culture across the region. You'll lead a team, influence stakeholders, and ensure regulatory compliance, all while promoting innovation and best practices.

The successful candidate will:

Lead the delivery, review, and monitoring of SHEQ strategies and action plans across the regional projects.
Promote a safety-first culture, embodying company values and behaviours on-site and in the community.
Support assurance activities, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams, ensuring SHEQ is integral to all processes.You will have:

Proven experience managing SHEQ teams in construction or utilities environments.
Chartered membership of IOSH (CMIOSH) and relevant NEBOSH qualifications.
