Job Description - Regional HR Business Partner

Role: Regional People Business Partner (ability to travel to Lincoln, Peterborough, Cambridge, Northampton, Bedford, Luton, Colchester when required)

Location: Hybrid – 3 days across regional offices, 2 days remote

?? What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you’ll be a trusted advisor and operational partner to regional leadership teams. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Translating business plans into people strategies.
  • Leading complex ER cases, restructures, and organisational design.
  • Supporting M&A activity through TUPE and integration planning.
  • Driving performance management and coaching leaders.
  • Enhancing onboarding and talent development.
  • Leading HR transformation projects – systems, policies, and processes.
  • Using data and insights to shape and measure success.
?? Who We’re Looking For

You’re an experienced, commercially minded HR professional who’s confident working with senior stakeholders and thrives in a fast-moving, evolving environment.

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience as a People Business Partner (ideally in professional services).
  • Strong background in change management, TUPE, ER, and HR systems.
  • A strategic mindset with hands-on agility.
  • Excellent employment law knowledge.
  • CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) – desirable.
  • A collaborative, pragmatic, people-first approach.
