Job Description - Regional human resources business partner
A Regional HRBP role that will give you the autonomy to partner General Manager and an Area Manager.
This is a HRBP role with the focus on Talent Management, Engagement, career pathways.
With a workforce shy of 2000 across 90 sites across the UK, they are the UK’s largest leisure experience provider.
During and since lockdown they were fortunate to focus on large scale refurbishments, opening new sites and setting up an additional business.
This role supports 7 centres across Scotland.
You will be working in partnership with the Regional Team and be responsible for driving and implementing the talent strategy across the region and be responsible for a broad range of HR, with a specialism on talent management, succession planning, recruitment strategies, and team development HR is heavily focused on coaching and guiding managers, you’ll also have the support of Recruitment, L&D and a Central ER team.

The successful candidate will have gained HR experience in a multi-site operation within leisure / retail / hospitality.
They do a standard 35 hr week, an Electric vehicle car scheme, and a 20% bonus that they have paid out 100% on in the past several years.
