This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially driven, people-focused leader with a background in furniture, home improvement, or flooring. We're looking for someone who thrives on sales growth and who knows how to build genuine relationships with store teams to drive performance.

The Role:
As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for delivering sales growth across a portfolio of stores by leading from the front, motivating your teams, and creating a culture of energy, accountability, and results. Your ability to connect with people at all levels-from the sales floor to the boardroom-will be critical to your success.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Driving top-line sales growth across all sites in your region

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Store Managers and in-store teams

• Supporting stores to deliver world-class service and commercial performance

• Leading from the front and embedding a high-performance culture

• Ensuring operational standards are maintained while focusing on profitability

• Influencing and implementing regional and national business initiatives

About You:

• An experienced Regional Manager or senior multi-site leader from a sales-focused retail background

• Strong experience in big-ticket retail-ideally furniture, flooring, or home improvement

• Passionate about building relationships and bringing out the best in your people

• A natural leader with a hands-on approach and the ability to influence at all levels

• Highly commercial, target-driven, and motivated by results
