Job DescriptionOur client, a national financial planning firm, are looking for a Regional Manager to develop and support Advisers at all stages of their career.Key Responsibilities:Coaching and mentoring Advisers to ensure business plans are metEnsure the team proactively work with the wider group and identify opportunities to cross refer clientsLead a team of Financial Advisers ensuring their continued compliance with KPIs and wider performance measures and manage their performance in line with our internal procedures.Ensure the team focus on delivering an excellent service to all clients, regularly seeking feedback to determine areas that can improveComplete T&C supervisor responsibilities for teamExperience Required:Diploma in Financial Planning as a minimumExperience in managing a team of both experienced and junior IFA's
