NOTE: This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to work a minimum of 2 days per week in the office. With offices in various global locations, we are currently looking for a candidate located close to our offices in either Birmingham (UK) or Ljubljana (Slovenia).

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Regional Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of regional marketing initiatives across the EMEA region. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys managing multiple marketing activities with precision and creativity.

You will play an important role in generating leads and supporting regional growth by helping plan and execute targeted campaigns and a wide range of marketing activities across the EMEA market. The role combines hands-on marketing execution with an understanding of local markets, customers, and channels, giving you the opportunity to work across campaigns, digital marketing, website content, events, partner communications, and localization. You will work closely with regional marketing, business unit, and sales teams to turn global and regional priorities into relevant, effective marketing activities for local markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute regional campaigns and initiatives, including email marketing, nurture programs, newsletters, and social media, in collaboration with the regional, business unit and sales teams to ensure timely, targeted, and consistent communication.


• Maintain and update regional website content, including campaign landing pages, event and training information, blogs, and news, ensuring accuracy, proper translations, and alignment with brand guidelines in collaboration with internal stakeholders.


• Provide support in the planning, execution, and follow-up of events, including webinars, exhibitions, tradeshows, and product or sales conferences, to ensure effective delivery and alignment with regional marketing goals.


• Support translation and localization efforts to ensure marketing materials are accurate, relevant, and effective across the region, leveraging AI tools where appropriate to enhance efficiency and quality.


• Collaborate with the Channel Partner team to support resellers and partners on marketing initiatives, providing assets, guidance, and ensuring alignment with brand standards.


• Build strong relationships with regional teams, business units, and sales, providing flexible marketing support during peak periods, and contributing insights into the regional market to inform effective planning and execution.

About You

• You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.


• You have 3-5 years of experience in a marketing support or coordination role, ideally within a global or multi-regional organization.


• You have an interest in AI and emerging marketing technology, with a willingness to experiment and learn new tools.


• You have a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Marketo, CMS, CRM).


• You have familiarity with content localization and translation workflows.


• You have knowledge of B2B marketing practices, preferably in a technology or software-related industry.


• You have excellent organizational and project management skills.


• You are fluent in English, although additional languages are a plus.


• You are comfortable working independently with guidance, and able to manage multiple tasks.
