Regional Marketing Executive

Do you have experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns and a strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and creative content?

Are you organised, commercially aware and confident managing multiple projects while building strong relationships with internal teams, agencies and external suppliers?

We’re recruiting a Regional Marketing Executive to support the delivery of marketing activity across the North East and Cumbria for an established housebuilding business.

You’ll play a key role in delivering regional marketing campaigns, managing social media activity, supporting marketing plans and coordinating marketing collateral, events and content. Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you’ll help ensure marketing activity is engaging, commercially effective and aligned with brand guidelines.

This is a varied opportunity for a creative and organised marketing professional who enjoys working at pace and can confidently manage multiple priorities.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Develop and deliver effective regional marketing campaigns, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement

* Manage and monitor regional social media activity, including advertising spend and performance

* Support the management of regional marketing budgets and maintain accurate reporting

* Manage regional website content, ensuring information and marketing collateral remain accurate and engaging

* Conduct competitor analysis and identify new trends, opportunities and areas for improved marketing performance

* Support regional marketing plans and maintain a rolling 12-month marketing planner

* Act as a Brand Guardian, ensuring marketing activity and collateral remain consistent with brand guidelines

* Build strong relationships with external agencies and suppliers to maximise performance and return on investment

* Coordinate portal listings and ensure consistent content across marketing channels

* Develop and coordinate photography and video content for external channels

* Manage regional marketing collateral, signage, stock levels and events

* Support marketing projects and campaigns using market data, customer insight and competitor information

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns

* Good knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Excellent organisation, planning and attention to detail

* Commercial awareness and confidence working with budgets and performance information

* Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines

* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and under pressure

* Strong IT skills, including social media and digital content platforms

Desirable:

* Professional marketing qualification

* Previous experience within housebuilding, construction or property

* Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign

* Experience with photography, video editing or other creative content production
