Regional Marketing Support Manager

We're looking for an experienced marketing manager to join our team as Regional Marketing Support Manager. In this dynamic and rewarding role, you'll support a portfolio of care homes across your Division, helping them boost visibility, drive enquiries, and enhance occupancy through targeted, multi-channel marketing initiatives. You will provide proactive and expert marketing advice to support homes across the Division, and work collaboratively with colleagues in the sales and marketing team and the rest of the business to maximise opportunities for promotion.

This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially minded marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based role and is passionate about delivering results through collaboration, creativity, and customer focus. We’re looking for an “all-rounder” with knowledge and experience across the marketing mix, with both traditional and digital skills. Previous experience in a multi-site business, ideally in the health/social care sector, is preferred.
