Regional Multi Trader Maintenance Person - modular buildings. Salary: £15.73ph + Overtime at time and half, 33 days holiday inc bank hols, tons of benefits and career development opportunities. Tools and van provided. *CSCS card and driving licence required. Regional role based out of Scunthorpe.

We have an opportunity for a Regional Multi Trader Maintenance Person / Handyman to join the market leading provider of Portable cabins, Secure Storage Solutions, Modular buildings and associated products. This is a regional role, traveling out to customer sites to carry out installation and dismantle and general repair and maintenance work on the hire units, which include temporary office units, storage units, catering & events units etc (all self-powered).

The role:

• General plumbing maintenance - leaking toilets, sinks, showers, tank & bowser connections
• General joinery work - install/remove partition walls, flooring, ceilings, kitchens, doors, windows
• Electrical work - replacing like for like items: water heaters, wall heaters, light fittings, plug sockets
• Working at heights 
• Fixing roof & window leaks / damage to the external of units
• Paint repairs
• Have a good understanding of health and safety & familiar with reading/following risk assessments and method statements

Candidate requirements:

CSCS card and general maintenance skills with experience from within a relevant role e.g. Multi Trader, Property Maintenance, Handyman, Property Repair, Facilities Maintenance, Service Engineer, Shop fitter, Joiner

A full driving licence is essential as this role involves lots of travelling to client sites across the region.
