Job Title:                Regional Operations Executive

Reporting
to:
        Regional Bookings Manager

Location:                Hybrid, Hamilton Scotland – Some hours / days required in the

                               office

Salary:                   £26,500 + up to £6,000 pa bonus

Contract type:        Full time, Permanent
Contract

Working Pattern:   37.5 hours per week 

To be worked Monday – Friday 12:00pm – 10:00pm and to include some
weekend working (Can be discussed at Interview) 

Training will be 2 -3 weeks 9:00am – 5:30pm in the Hamilton Office.

Who are you? 

In this fast -paced
role, you’ll be the first point of contact for client bookings and a vital
support for our healthcare teams via phone, email, and live chat. 

You’ll coordinate
schedules, solve problems on the fly, and ensure every interaction is smooth,
professional, and leaves a lasting positive impression. 

From booking shifts to
promoting our Health Force Go App, from handling live chat enquiries to
ensuring compliance – you’ll be right at the centre of our operations.


What will you do? 

Whilst
a full job description can be supplied here are a few of the key
responsibilities for the role: 

  • Be the go -to contact
    for client bookings and healthcare staff queries.

  • Manage staff scheduling
    via bespoke software, ensuring client requirements are met.

  • Handle live chat
    enquiries for Health Force, Community Care, and Recruitment teams.

  • Train and support care
    staff in using our Health Force Go App.

  • Maintain strong working
    relationships with workforce and recruitment teams.

  • Problem -solve booking
    challenges quickly and effectively.

  • Upsell services to
    clients to support business growth.

  • Maintain accurate
    documentation and ensure compliance with processes.

  •  Build strong client
    relationships and gather feedback for improvement.

  • Adapt quickly to
    changing client needs or staff availability.


What we’ll be looking for: 

  • Experience in customer
    service or contact centre environments.

  • Excellent communication
    skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

  • Strong IT skills and
    quick to learn new systems.

  • Problem -solving mindset
    and conflict resolution skills.

  • Ability to work
    confidentially and with discretion.

  • Attention to detail and
    accurate data entry skills.

  • Cultural sensitivity
    and adaptability in diverse situations.

  • Positive, proactive,
    and able to work well under pressure.

  • Knowledge of healthcare
    operations is a bonus
