The Supply Register is an education recruitment managed service provider, working in partnership with Multi-Academy Trusts and Colleges across England and Wales. As we continue to grow our client partnerships and regional teams, we are looking for an experienced and driven Regional Partnership Manager to lead our South West region. This is a leadership role for an individual who can combine relationship management, leadership, commercial awareness and operational performance to drive the success of the region.
The Role
As Regional Partnership Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the performance, development and success of The Supply Register's South West region. You will lead and mentor a team of partnership executives, resourcing executives and compliance officers, ensuring they have the direction, support and accountability required to deliver exceptional results. The focus of the Regional Partnership Manager will be on driving the performance of the wider team, servicing our client partnerships and ensuring we consistently deliver an outstanding managed service. The successful applicant will work closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities, overcome challenges and contribute to the continued growth of The Supply Register. This is a highly relationship-driven role, requiring regular travel across the South-West to meet with clients, teams and build strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Leadership & Performance
Take overall responsibility for the performance and success of the South-West region. Set clear expectations and performance standards across the teams Monitor regional revenue, activity, service levels and client performance. Analyse the team performance data to identify trends, opportunities and areas requiring intervention. Create and implement regional action plans to improve performance. Hold regular performance reviews with team members and ensure agreed objectives are delivered. Work closely with senior leadership on regional strategy, growth plans and performance. Take ownership of underperformance, providing appropriate coaching, support and accountability. Share best practice across the region Leadership & People Development
Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing regional team. Mentor all team members to support their professional development. Identify individual strengths, development areas and opportunities for progression. Coach team members on client management, service delivery and commercial awareness. Recognise and develop high performers and future leaders within the region. Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members where required. Ensure new starters receive the support, coaching and direction needed to become successful. Client & Partnership Management
Build and maintain strong, multi-level relationships with our Multi-Academy Trust and school partners. Act as an escalation point for key clients and complex service issues. Attend regular client meetings and service reviews. Develop an understanding of each Trust & school's recruitment requirements Review client KPIs and service performance, using PowerBI to identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure that Partnership Executives consistently delivers against client expectations. Identify opportunities to strengthen and expand existing partnerships. Work collaboratively with the Sales function on new partnership opportunities and regional growth. Work closely with the Head of Onboarding and Implementation to ensure new clients experience seamless introductions to working with The Supply Register Commercial & Operational Performance
Take ownership of regional revenue and performance targets. Identify opportunities to maximise revenue. Ensure teams are effectively managing vacancies, candidate pipeline and client requirements. Work closely with recruitment and supply chain teams to maximise candidate availability. Form relationships with the regions supply chain. Monitor performance against agreed KPIs and take action where required. Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions. Ensure the region operates in line with The Supply Register's processes, standards and values Strategic Growth
Contribute to the development of The Supply Register's overall strategy Identify opportunities for growth within existing client partnerships. Support the successful onboarding & mobilisation of new partnerships. Develop relationships with key stakeholders across the sector. Represent The Supply Register at client meetings, recruitment events and other networking events. Provide geographical insight into market conditions
About You
We are looking for an experienced leader who is ready to take a step into a regional leadership position.
You will ideally have:
Significant experience within the education recruitment sector. Previous experience leading, managing and mentoring recruitment professionals. A proven track record of driving team or regional performance. Strong commercial awareness Experience managing and developing client relationships at multiple levels The ability to analyse performance data, using it to drive growth. Strong coaching and mentoring skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The confidence to challenge performance and hold people accountable. A strategic and commercially minded approach. The ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level. A genuine passion for developing people and creating high-performing teams. A proactive, solutions-focused approach. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, with a willingness to travel across the South West.
