Key responsibilities

* Ensure consistency in visual merchandising, stock management

* Implement marketing campaigns, product launches, and company policies at the store level

* Recruit, mentor, and manage people processes

* Drive sales growth, monitor KPIs

Key Skills Needed

* Management experience (marketing sector preferrable)

* Strong commercial and data analysis abilities

* Clear communication and leadership skills

* High adaptability and willingness to travel between stores

* Confident with IT systems
