Regional sales advisor

We have a rare opportunity we wanted to share with you. A luxury retirement developer who we work with exclusively has approached us to recruit a Regional Sales advisor.

The role is based at their Cheltenham development for 2-3 days a week, but will require some travel to support up to 5 of their retirement villages which are located in the Cotswolds/ Gloucestershire and Worcestershire areas.

Property sales experience is a must, as well as first class customer service.
You need to be proficient in your IT skills and use of CRM systems with lots of enquiries to follow up.
The role will require you to establish warm relationships with new and existing purchasers.
There will be new homes to sell, plus involvement with re sales, rentals and purchaser moves to their other facilities.

The role is full time- 5 days a week, 9am - 5pm
There is every other weekend off, and on the weekend you work it is just a Saturday not a Sunday to be worked.

Salary from £25 -28k
They'd like you to be sales driven and inspired to achieve targets. As they offer a varied commission structure with many opportunities to increase your OTE greatly.
