Regional Sales Director - Asia / Sub Continent

We’re looking for a driven and experienced sales leader to join us as Regional Sales Director for the Asia / Sub Continent . In this high-impact role, you’ll lead sales and business development efforts, focusing on inventory sales and active brokerage. You’ll play a key role in growing our market presence, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to establish and grow our presence in region

• Drive sales from stock and manage end-to-end brokerage transactions

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and regular visits

• Identify new inventory opportunities aligned with our growth strategy

• Resolve escalated issues and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales experience in aviation/aerospace

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Tech-savvy and proactive with a customer-first mindset

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
