Job Description - Regional Sales Executive

Midlands

DOE £35k – Open Ended

+ Uncapped Commission (OTE 6 Figures), Company Car, Fuel Card, Company Credit Card, Pension, Death in Service, 25 Days Holiday (plus bank)

As Regional Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and driving sales of automated storage solutions across the Midlands. This includes identifying and developing leads, conducting site visits, and delivering tailored proposals that address clients’ operational needs. You’ll present to key decision-makers, manage the full sales cycle, and build strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing customers. Success in this role requires a proactive, target-driven mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel across your territory. A valid UK driving licence is essential, with occasional travel to national or international trade events.

Key Skills

  • Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of client needs and buying behaviours
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly within long sales cycles and complex solutions
  • Confident in F2F selling, with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive approach to lead generation, follow-up, and closing high-value deals
  • Experience handling large AOVs and navigating senior stakeholder discussions
  • Skilled in interpreting CAD drawings and technical layouts, with the ability to translate designs into client-focused solutions
  • Comfortable delivering tailored proposals and presenting solutions to clients across various sectors
  • Ability to build, manage, and nurture long-term customer relationships, with a focus on repeat business and account growth
