Job Description - Regional Sales Manager

About the Role:
Join Gildair Supplies as a Regional Sales Manager and become a key driver of our expansion across the UK. In this pivotal role, you'll lead regional sales efforts, cultivate strategic customer relationships, and manage a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional results. You'll work cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and first-class service that supports our mission of excellence in the HVAC sector.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed business goals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in both residential and commercial HVAC markets.

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of sales professionals to ensure consistent performance and professional growth.

  • Track and report on regional sales performance, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.

  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and logistics teams to streamline sales processes and ensure timely delivery.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and product innovations to stay ahead of the market.

  • Facilitate ongoing training and development for your team to keep skills sharp and knowledge up to date.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer concerns, ensuring swift resolution and long-term satisfaction.

  • Represent Gildair Supplies at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to elevate brand presence.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success in sales management, ideally within the HVAC or a related technical industry.

  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of hitting and surpassing sales targets.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Familiarity with the HVAC market is a strong advantage.

  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Willingness to travel across the UK as needed.
