A new Regional Sales Manager role covering Scotland, focused on driving sales across material processing, recycling and waste equipment.
Typical Duties (not limited to):
Leading and developing a team of Sales Managers across Scotland
Owning and delivering the regional sales plan
Selling crushers, screeners, shredders, material handlers and attachments
Managing key accounts and building new high‑value relationships
Handling part‑exchange and trade‑in opportunities
Using digital tools for pipeline, forecasting and quoting
Working closely with internal support, production and workshop teams
Attending industry shows/exhibitions when required
To be considered:
Proven senior sales experience in material processing, recycling or material handling
Strong commercial awareness with solid pipeline and margin management
Confident communicator with good negotiation skills
Self‑motivated, structured and results‑driven
Strong IT literacy
Full UK Driving Licence + willingness to travel
