Your primary focus will be recruiting and developing mortgage and protection advisors, building a team that reflects your leadership style and vision. Your responsibilities as Regional Sales Manager will include:
- Recruiting high-calibre mortgage and protection advisors
- Building and managing your own team
- Providing regular coaching, mentorship and sales support
- Motivating advisors and maintaining high morale
- Encouraging business development and maximising marketing opportunities
- Identifying training needs and supporting skill development
- Working alongside dedicated marketing support

Regional Sales Manager Requirements:
- Essential: CeMAP qualification
- Essential: Proven mortgage advisor experience
- Essential: Demonstrated track record in team building and recruitment
- Essential: Strong recruitment capabilities
- Desirable: Experience managing teams in the mortgage sector
