Our client is a growing European provider of industrial workplace organisation, visual management and continuous improvement solutions. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Regional Sales Manager to develop and manage key accounts across the South of England.

The Role

* Manage and grow an established customer portfolio.

* Develop new business opportunities within manufacturing, logistics and warehousing sectors.

* Conduct customer site visits across the South and Midlands.

* Identify opportunities to improve safety, productivity and operational efficiency through lean and visual management solutions.

* Deliver product demonstrations, pilot projects and customer presentations.

* Maintain CRM records and manage your territory autonomously.

The Person

* 3 to 5+ years' B2B field sales experience.

* Background in manufacturing, industrial, logistics, engineering or material handling sectors.

* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement or 5S principles is highly desirable.

* Self-motivated, organised and capable of managing a territory independently.

* Practical, hands-on approach with a consultative sales style.

* Full UK driving licence.
