Regional Sales Manager - (EWI/Insulation/Renders)

• Covering London and the Southeast
• Up to £60,000 salary (DOE) + commission

Job Description:

• Selling the company’s range of EWI systems, Renders, Screeds and concrete repair products.
• Dealing with Contractors, Housebuilders, Architects, Specifiers, Installers and Local Authorities.
• To generate product specifications and track to a satisfactory conclusion.
• Conducting CPD presentations to targeted audiences.
• Targeting Newbuild and the Referb market.
• Building long lasting relationships with target market.
• Business Development.
• Maintaining the company’s excellent reputation and levels of service.
• Attending Trade Shows when required.
• Liaise and partner with relevant internal Regional Coordinators.
• Report effectively daily via the CRM system.

Person Specification:

• Must have previous experience selling (EWI/Insulation/Renders).
• Database of contacts to hit the ground running.
• Organised with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
