Regional Sales Manager - Financial Services, Bristol, OTE: £130,000 + Excellent Benefits

Are you an experienced leader in Financial Services looking for your next challenge? Our client, a highly regarded and award-winning Wealth Management firm based in Bristol, is experiencing sustained organic growth and is now seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join their team.
This is a senior-level role, overseeing a team of Financial Advisers and playing a pivotal part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant advice across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day leadership and support to a team of Financial Advisers.
Act as a point of escalation for queries from staff, clients, and third parties.
Identify skills gaps and implement targeted training and development initiatives.
Liaise with Compliance to ensure regulatory requirements are consistently met.
Conduct regular one-to-one meetings to review adviser performance, business plans, and pipeline progress.
Attend client meetings to ensure advice quality and consistency.
Deliver accurate MI and business analysis to Senior Managers and the Board.
Play an active role in the recruitment and onboarding of both internal and external talent.
About You:
Experienced in a similar management role within Wealth Management or Retail Banking.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Confident producing both verbal and written reports and recommendations.
Minimum Level 4 Diploma qualified (DipFA or equivalent).
