The Role

Lead, motivate and develop a regional sales team across the North of England.
Drive regional revenue growth, profitability and overall sales performance.
Set clear sales targets, monitor KPIs and hold the team accountable for results.
Develop and strengthen relationships with key foodservice wholesale customers.
Drive new business acquisition while maximising growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Use sales data, market insights and performance reporting to identify opportunities and improve results.
