HVAC Regional Sales Manager - Midlands, South West and Wales

Take ownership of sales across the Midlands, South West and Wales for a HVAC solutions manufacturer including pumps, chillers, packaged plant rooms, controls & automation. You'll develop customer relationships, identify new opportunities with mechanical contractors.

Salary to £65K + bonus. Realistic OTE £85K+
Car allowance & paid mileage, 25 days holiday

What you'll do

Manage assigned accounts and work towards regional bookings and shipment targets.
Grow the customer base through relationships with customers, distributors, design engineers and mechanical contractors.
Prepare proposals, quotations and customer presentations that communicate the value of tailored solutions.
Work with colleagues on sales strategies and forecasts, and support sales and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

A qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering or significant sales experience in HVAC such as pumps, fans, ventilation, chillers.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC products and systems, with experience of value-based or solution selling.
A valid driving licence
