The Opportunity
An established and highly respected manufacturer of engineered products for the water infrastructure sector is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead commercial growth in the North. This is a field-based role focused on managing strategic utility frameworks, contractors, and distribution networks across a high-potential region.
You’ll be responsible for delivering sales targets, driving customer engagement, and introducing product innovations that enhance performance and sustainability across public and private sector clients.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver revenue and margin targets across your designated region
Build and develop strong relationships with utilities, contractors, and partners
Influence product specification and secure agreements through technical consultation
Lead account reviews, pipeline development, and territory planning
Represent the business at key meetings, presentations, and industry events
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure best-in-class service delivery
Maintain accurate reporting and CRM updates across all account activity
