Role: Regional Site Engineer

Location: East and West Midlands
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (dependent on experience)
Additional: Pension, Car Allowance

The Opportunity

Linsco are delighted to be working alongside our client, a leading construction contractor operating across the East and West Midlands.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and motivated individual looking to develop their career. Working closely with the wider site teams, you will provide day-to-day Engineering support to the projects.

An experienced and trained site engineer inc SMSTS and CSCS card and competent in the use of CAD and Total Station. Based out of our Nottingham office, they will cover the whole of our region (East and West Midlands and East Anglia), assisted by agency staff as required.

Key Responsibilities

Setting out and surveying: Marking out the site and checking of s/c's works. Establishment of primary grid.
Technical oversight: Checking technical designs and drawings,.
Problem solving: Providing technical advice and resolving site issues as they arise.
Supervision: Overseeing contracted staff, subcontractors, and construction activities as and when required.
Compliance and safety: Enforcing health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
Collaboration: Liaising with project managers, clients, structural engineers etc
Reporting: Maintaining progress logs, site reports, and documentation
Temporary works. Carrying out the role of TWC on a number of schemes.
